Revision Package
You have completed a first, second,
or who’s counting any more draft!
Huzzah!
But I know how it feels to stare at a stack of pages like a deer caught in the headlights. I understand the overwhelming feeling you face when thinking of the holes to fill, the subplots to keep, discard, or put back in, and all the threads to pull to make the story cohesive.
You start. You stop. You pull back. You get tea or something stronger. You go again, only to walk away in frustration, not knowing if you've made it better or worse.
I 100% get it.
I've been there and have a method to guide you through it that works.
My revision package is designed to support the work and the heart and engine behind it–YOU.

Complete manuscript evaluation and editorial assessment. *Yes, I read your book.

Months 2-4
Submit up to 25 pages (this is usually the equivalent of 2-3 chapters, but varies by writer) twice a month on a deadline schedule. This way, you are always moving forward, even if we decide you need to rework a chapter. And do not panic at the 25 pages! If you submit less, it’s okay.
Editorial feedback and in-line comments on your submission so you know when you are nailing it and what needs more focus. This way, you build on your skills, and the work becomes stronger as you revise.
A 1-hour coaching session following each deadline via Zoom to ensure we are on track, review progress and next steps, and work on mindset wobbles.
Also includes:
Unlimited email support in between submissions.
Recording of each book coaching session for you to keep forever.
Access to a shared Google Drive where we store your work-in-progress report and all other related documents.
Curated reading recommendations for craft based on your writer’s journey.
Option to roll into ongoing monthly coaching at a discounted rate if needed.
Investment: $5500, monthly payment option available. For manuscripts over 120K words, please contact for a custom quote.
Testimonials
“I can’t recommend Stacy highly enough. I had the good fortune of finding Stacy when I was on the umpteenth draft of my novel and it felt like a pile of jumbled words in my hands; when I didn’t know how to improve this work, that I cared so much about, that I was overcome with writer’s despair. Stacy took one look at my messy draft and knew exactly what to do. I could not have been more ecstatic after those first few meetings. Finally! A guide! Someone who knew story and knew the business of story who could point me in the direction I wanted to go. And just as importantly, Stacy believed in me. I came to Stacy with a bad draft. She helped me turn it into a finished manuscript I’m proud of. She GOT what I was trying to do. Immediately. She understood what my story was at its core, just like she could see the finished painting from a rough sketch. It blew my mind. If you’re feeling lost as a writer, don’t hesitate. I’m completely sincere when I say that hiring Stacy was one of the best investments I ever made.”

“Before I worked with Stacy, I spent years writing a draft. In the end, I had a mess of a tale that I loved, but I was exhausted, discouraged, and didn't know where to begin revising. Stacy took what seemed to me an overwhelming task and gave me the structure and tools to make revisions seem manageable. She made it possible to find fun and joy in the process again. She gave me the tools to see the big picture for what needed work and also helped me see some of my strengths as a writer. Most importantly, I left every call with Stacy feeling hopeful, excited, and with clear plans on how to work at making my story better. From overarching story structure to scene and sentence-level details, she helped talk through all of it. She was so encouraging and helpful. I am so glad I worked with her and highly recommend her.”

“I finished my manuscript, which was a real accomplishment for me, but I knew it certainly wasn't a finished novel. Fortunately, I saw Stacy's ad promoting her services as a second draft coach--and that was exactly what I needed. I've been working with Stacy for a number of months now, and I learn more and more every session. I find Stacy easy (and fun) to work with. Her guidance has been invaluable. She gives me encouragement when I need it and a gentle push when I need that. When all is said and done, I think I just might have a book that I'll be proud to take to a publisher. I highly recommend her services.”
